How to Order from Sneakitex

Ordering your favourite sneakers from our online store is quick, easy, and secure.
Just follow the simple steps below and you’ll have your new kicks delivered to your door in no time.

📌 Step 1: Browse Our Collection

Explore our full range of sneakers, including Nike, Adidas, Jordan, New Balance, Puma and more.
You can browse by:

📌 Step 2: Select Your Sneaker

Click on the image of the sneaker you like to open the product page.
Here you’ll find:

  • Multiple product images
  • Available sizes
  • Size chart
  • Product details
  • Delivery options

📌 Step 3: Choose Your Size

Select your correct size from the size menu.
If unsure, click on the Size Chart button to confirm your measurements.

📌 Step 4: Add to Cart

Once you’ve selected your size, click the Add to Cart button.

You will see a pop-up menu at the right of the screen which displays the items in your cart.

📌 Step 5: View Your Cart

Click on the View Cart Button at the bottom right of the website.

Review your order:

  • Product name
  • Size
  • Price
  • Quantity

If you have a coupon, enter it here.

📌 Step 6: Proceed to Checkout

Click Proceed to Checkout to enter your shipping and payment details.

📌 Step 7: Enter Your Shipping Details

Fill in your:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Province & Postal Code
  • Email
  • Phone Number

Make sure all information is correct to avoid delivery delays.

To guarantee that we provide your correct size, you may upload an image of the size label from one of your sneakers. (Optional)

📌 Step 8: Select Your Payment Method

We offer safe and secure payment options, including:

  • Debit/Credit Card (via Stripe / PayStack / PayFast)
  • Instant EFT (via PayStack / PayFast)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select Gauteng zones

If COD doesn’t appear, it means your postal code is not in a COD zone.

📌 Step 9: Place Your Order

Once everything is correct, click Place Order.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A WhatsApp confirmation (if provided)
  • Your tracking number once shipped

📌 Step 10: Delivery

We ship nationwide using The Courier Guy.
Delivery time:

  • Gauteng: 2–3 Business days
  • Other provinces: 2–5 Business days

Once shipped, you can track your delivery in real time.
