  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
1.2. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
1.3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Note: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are final and are not eligible for returns, unless defective.

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@sneakitex.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  1. Exchanges

4.1. Exchanges are allowed if the requested item is available in stock and the original item meets return eligibility criteria.
4.2. For size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and shipping costs for the new item.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized sneakers
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
6.1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
6.2. Provide photos and a description of the defect or issue.
6.3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering all shipping costs.
